The MSHSAA Show-Me Showdown returned to Columbia this year for the first time since 2017. In the span of two weeks, more than 40 high school teams from around Missouri competed for state titles.
Columbia is home to 25 outdoor basketball courts, which were used as practice courts throughout the state championships. The Missourian went around town to capture the community’s love for the sport.
